Once your package is shipped, you can expect it to arrive within approximately 7 to 10 business days, with delivery times varying based on your location and local postal services. However, we kindly advise you to consider the potential for unforeseen delays due to holidays, natural disasters, or global events such as pandemics.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
For orders containing pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship all in-stock items immediately. The pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be sent separately once they are available. Rest assured, if you receive a partial shipment, your remaining items are en route.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to you (if a phone number is provided) containing your tracking number and the link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
